As President and CEO at Granbury Solutions, Tom oversees day-to-day operations of the business and evaluates opportunities for strategic expansion. Tom is a seasoned sales and marketing executive with strong leadership skills. His experience and leadership style provide Granbury with the ability to capture and package its strengths while seizing market opportunities rapidly and effectively. Relying on wisdom derived from his extensive background in technology, distribution and advertising, Tom focuses on one core mission at Granbury: delivering an unmatched suite of business-building products to the hospitality industry.
Martin has been in the point of sale business for more than 20 years. Always focused on the needs of the customer, he saw an opportunity to create a better solution for wine club management software and ultimately merged his company, Napa Valley Point of Sale, with eWinery Solutions. When the company was acquired by Granbury Solutions, he stepped into the General Manager role to oversee and grow Granbury Wine Solutions–the wine division for the company.
Jon brings extensive experience in sales and development in the technology space and is dedicated to improving operations and creating value. With experience in leadership at Granbury Solutions' processing partner, Mercury Payment Systems, and a keen understanding of the point of sale market, Jon is known for the ability to integrate processes which enable growth, development and profitability.
A native of the Napa Valley, the wine industry has been a part of Jacki’s life from the beginning. She spent many of her childhood weekends hiking vineyards, sorting grapes and hand labeling reserve bottles at her uncle’s vineyard in Yountville. After attending college at California Polytechnic State University, San Luis Obispo where she studied Agribusiness specializing in Wine Marketing, Jacki returned to Napa to begin her career in the wine industry in 2003 at Luna Vineyards.
After working in the national wine sales and marketing arena for several years, Jacki shifted her focus to the direct to consumer side of the business where she was able to combine her years of retail experience and knowledge of wine marketing. Jacki came to vinSUITE from The Hess Collection winery, where she ran the wine club and handled eCommerce sales.
Dan has 17 years experience with direct to consumer software in the wine industry. Dan specializes in retail POS Systems & delivering best of breed integrated software solutions to wineries and is also Microsoft RMS & SQL Server Certified. He's passionate about our customers and with a lot of hard work, he continues to hold our customer satisfaction rating at 96%!
A 10 year veteran of the wine industry, Tom leads our Project Management and Website Development teams. The Project Managers help all clients set up their new vinSUITE system. Having worked with hundreds of wineries, the Project Management team under Tom's guidance, specializes in configuring vinSUITE to each Winery's needs to boost DTC sales.
