How does pricing scale with my business?
vinSUITE pricing is based on your transaction volume across all channels. Smaller wineries start around the $249/month base price; larger wineries with higher volume scale up from there. The price always includes everything: wine club, POS, ecommerce, CRM, analytics, and support. There are no upgrade tiers or feature add-ons.
What about payment processing fees?
Payment processing fees go to your processor, not to vinSUITE. You can use any major processor that fits your business and negotiate your own rates. vinSUITE does not mark up payment processing.
Is there a setup fee?
Standard implementation is $999 one-time fee. For custom websites, prices may vary.
Is there a contract or commitment?
vinSUITE plans are annual commitments. We invest heavily in your implementation and onboarding, so an annual term lets us deliver white-glove service without rushing or compromising. Talk to us about flexibility for your situation.
Do I have to pay for upgrades or new features?
Every vinSUITE customer gets the same platform with the same features. When we release new capabilities (like vinSIGHT's churn prediction), they are included in your existing plan at no additional cost.
