What hardware do I need to run TabletPOS?
TabletPOS runs on a standard size 11th generation iPad. You can pair it with our recommended hardware options for receipt printers, cash drawers, kitchen printers, and payment terminals, or use what you already have.
How fast can new staff learn TabletPOS?
Most staff are comfortable running checkouts on their first shift. The interface is designed around natural tasting room flow, so new team members can pick it up quickly without long training sessions.
Can TabletPOS handle multiple tasting room locations?
Yes. Run as many tasting rooms or pop-up locations as you need from one vinSUITE account. Inventory, customer data, and reporting roll up across all locations.
Does TabletPOS work offline?
TabletPOS requires an internet connection for full functionality, but it can hold transactions briefly during short network drops and sync once reconnected. We recommend backup connectivity for high-volume tasting rooms.
